Judicial review

It is the jurisdictional function of the Court of Auditors, recognized by Article 136 of the Spanish Constitution, consisting of judging and enforcing judgments in the area of accounting liability incurred by those in charge of managing public assets, funds or effects.

TRIAL SECTION

The Adjudication Section is composed of the presiding judges of the three first-instance or sole-instance departments and the President of the Section. The Court of Justice will be composed, in each case, of the President of the Adjudication Section and the two judges who did not hear the case at first instance.
