WELCOME MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMMISSION ON EQUALITY

The Court of Auditors, in order to ensure the effective equality between women and men has been adopting measures and agreements in various areas of activity, such as the Annual Audit Programmes, in the creation of the Commission on Equality, in the development of an Equality Plan or the rules on reconciliation.

ACTION ON EQUALITY

The Court of Auditors has included the audit and monitoring of effective equal opportunity policies between women and men in its Annual Audit Programmes.  As for the Equal Treatment Commission of the Court, it has been developing an advisory role and providing positive and transversal actions to enforce equality policies in the activity assigned to the institution since its establishment.

EQUALITY PLAN

The First Plan for Equality between Women and Men of the Court of Auditors, approved by the Full Session of the Court of Auditors at its meeting of 29 September 2014, has as primary aims the elimination of any discrimination that may arise and the achievement of real equality, not just formal, between women and men of the Institution.
