The Court of Audit has civil servants, contract agents and interim staff, as provided in the civil service legislation.  Access to the Court as a worker is produced according to the merits of equality, competence and ability under the Constitution and the Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, which passes the consolidated version of the Basic Statute of Public Employees. (BOE nº 261 de 31 de octubre de 2015)

The Court of Audit Staff Regulations comprises government job vacancies at the Court of Audit, the lists of vacancies, the tools of representation and the participation of staff and the general scheme for the staff in the Court of Audit.
