The Court of Audit, in order to ensure the effective equality between women and men has been adopting measures and agreements in various areas of activity, such as the Annual Audit Programmes, in the creation of the Commission on Equality, in the development of an Equality Plan or the rules on reconciliation.
READ WELCOME MESSAGEThe Court of Audit has included the audit and monitoring of effective equal opportunity policies between women and men in its Annual Audit Programmes. As for the Equal Treatment Commission of the Court, it has been developing an advisory role and providing positive and transversal actions to enforce equality policies in the activity assigned to the institution since its establishment.
SEE ACTIONThe First Plan for Equality between Women and Men of the Court of Audit, approved by the Full Session of the Court of Audit at its meeting of 29 September 2014, has as primary aims the elimination of any discrimination that may arise and the achievement of real equality, not just formal, between women and men of the Institution.
LEARN MOREEl Pleno del Tribunal de Cuentas aprobó el 23 de diciembre de 2013 el Protocolo de actuación frente a las situaciones de acoso sexual, acoso por razón de sexo y acoso laboral en el Tribunal de Cuentas, que creó el Órgano para la tramitación de asuntos confidenciales (OTAC), que resuelve las denuncias ante situaciones de acoso. Anteriormente la Comisión de Gobierno aprobó en 2011 el Protocolo de actuación frente al acoso laboral en el Tribunal de Cuentas.
It includes the basic legislation on Equality, the Agreements adopted by the Court of Audit on the creation of the Equal Treatment Commission and the Equality Plan development, as well as various documents used in the training activities carried out in the Institution.
