BODIES OF THE COURT OF AUDIT

The following are the bodies of the Court of Audit: the President, the Plenum, the Management Board, the Audit and Prosecution Sections, the Audit Counsellors, the Public Prosecutor Office and the General Secretariat. These are supporting bodies and other bodies active in the Court, the Auditor, the Technical Office and the State Legal Service in the Court of Audit.

ORGANIZATION CHART

The structure of Court of Audit reflects the nature of its audit and jurisdictional functions. There are several collegiate bodies: the Plenum, the Management Board and the Audit and Prosecution Sections, their composition and functions being established by the Organic Law and the Law on the Court of Audit.

GENDER EQUALITY

The Court of Audit, in order to ensure the effective equality between women and men has been adopting measures and agreements in various areas of activity, such as the Annual Audit Programmes, in the creation of the Commission on Equality, in the development of an Equality Plan or the rules on reconciliation.

COURT OF AUDIT STAFF

The Court of Audit Staff Regulations are defined in the Chapter VI of the Court Law on Functioning. Such staff, with or without civil servant status, is governed by the provisions of the Staff Regulations or, otherwise, by general law for the Civil Service and the provisions of procedure that apply.
